About CJS Therapy
A practice built on care, expertise, and listening
Osteopathy works best when you feel heard. At CJS Therapy, every appointment begins with a genuine conversation — because understanding you is the first step to helping you.
Your practitioner
Experienced, qualified, and genuinely invested in your health
I'm a fully registered osteopath based in Herts, Beds & Bucks, with years of clinical experience treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. I founded CJS Therapy because I believe that effective healthcare should be personal — not rushed, not generic, and never one-size-fits-all.
My approach combines thorough assessment with hands-on osteopathic techniques, always tailored to the individual in front of me. Whether you're dealing with a long-standing condition or a sudden injury, I take the time to understand the full picture before we begin treatment.
I'm committed to ongoing professional development and stay up to date with the latest evidence-based practice. I'm registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC) and a member of the Institute of Osteopathy (iO), which means you can be confident in the standard of care you receive.

My approach
Whole-person care, not just symptom management
Osteopathy is founded on the principle that the body functions as a whole — and that structure and function are deeply interconnected. Rather than treating a symptom in isolation, I look at how different parts of the body relate to and influence one another.
This means your treatment plan will always be based on a thorough understanding of your history, lifestyle, and goals — not just the area that hurts. I use a range of techniques including soft tissue massage, joint mobilisation, and stretching, always working within your comfort level.
I also believe strongly in patient education. Understanding why you're in pain — and what you can do to support your own recovery — is just as important as the hands-on treatment itself.
Patient-centred
Your goals, your comfort, and your wellbeing are at the centre of everything we do.
Evidence-informed
Treatment is grounded in current clinical evidence and best practice.
Holistic
We look at the whole person — not just the presenting complaint.
Transparent
We explain what we find, what we're doing, and why — every step of the way.
